WAG&WOOL Returns Policy
RETURNS
We hope that you love your WAG&WOOL products, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
We also offer a 30 day size guarantee on all our dog products, this means that if anything does not fit we will send you a different size to try or issue you a full refund!
You must contact us before returning any items within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, quoting your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and the reason for the return. Please email us at; info@wagandwool.co.uk we can provide you with a label to print or it can be scanned if you do not have a printer.
Goods must be received by us at our studio address within 14 days of receiving a returns confirmation email and returned in their original condition.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach WAG&WOOL.
Please note, our items are handcrafted and have very specific care instructions. We are therefore unable to provide a refund for an item where instructions have not been followed. Please refer to our How To Care For Your Wool page for more information on how to look after your Wag&Wool purchases.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES
If for any reason you require an exchange, please email us at info@wagandwool.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.
SHIPPING
We will provide you with a free shipping label so that you can return your item free of charge. Please email us at info@wagandwool.co.uk and we can send you very easy to follow instruction on how to return your item for free.
