I received my beautiful jumpers which look fabulous on my toy poodle Lily. She has received lots of compliments and has become even more of a princess 🤣 I had a lot of conversations with the shop about sizing as Lily fell between a small and a medium, they were very knowledgeable and extremely kind in helping me. I now have 3 winter jumpers for her that fit her perfectly. Will definitely be buying more.

I cannot praise this company enough. The L sized jumper I ordered for my Cockapoo Bailey, was far too small, so I emailed to say how disappointed I was at having to send back. This was on a Sunday, I received a prompt response on the very same day, quickly followed by a return label under separate email. Posted back this morning and a refund has already been issued 45mins after I went to the post office! Guys, you deserve Customer Service of the Year! Well done and I look forward to notification of bigger sizes to fit my (larger than the average) Cockapoo. Thank you

Good website easy to navigate.Fantastic customer service, I emailed to ask a question and they replied straight away and helped me with sizing for my puppy.Quality of the jumpers is top notch and worth every penny and being real wool will last a lifetime. Mine were New Zealand wool the softest in the world but they are also starting a British wool line soon I'm told.My main selling point was it's made in England which is very important to me when making a purchase.
