Refund policy


We hope that you love your Wag&Wool products, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
You must contact us before returning any items within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, quoting your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return and the reason for the return. Please email us at; we can provide you with a label to print or it can be scanned if you do not have a printer. 

Goods must be received by us at our studio address within 14 days of receiving a returns confirmation email and returned in their original condition.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Wag&Wool.

Please note, our items are handcrafted and have very specific care instructions. We are therefore unable to provide a refund for an item where instructions have not been followed. Please refer to our How To Care For Your Wool page for more information on how to look after your Wag&Wool purchases.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We’re only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for any reason, send us an email at
